Are there any hidden additional charges?
No. All extra costs are based on a pay as you go structure. You are in control of how little or much you will be billed monthly.
How will my calls be answered and distributed?
The Receptionist will answer your calls in a professional manner, based on the greeting of your choice and your company name. All calls will be then be transferred to you immediately.

How will visitors know where I am located in the OnePlusOne building?
As a client of OnePlusOne, your company name will be featured on the Directory Board located in the foyer. Making it easy for visitors to establish where your business is located in the building. You are also able to use the address on your business cards, emails, and website to help create a professional image for your business.
Is OnePlusOne easily accessible via public transport?
OnePlusOne is located in the heart of Moonee Ponds, 7km from Melbourne’s CBD. Only a 5-minute walk from trams, trains and buses and 10 minutes from Tullamarine Airport.
Will I have access to meeting and boardroom facilities?
Yes. As a client you will have priority in booking the Meeting Rooms and Boardroom. The Serviced Office package offers free access to a Meeting Room (for less than 4 hours) for all your business needs (subject to availability).
How quickly can I move in?
You may move in as soon as you wish. Receipt of a security deposit and one month’s fee in advance is required to get started.
Can I access my office outside of normal business hours?
Yes. We understand that as a small business long hours or weekends are inevitable. You will have 24/7 access to the building and your suite via use of an access code, which you will receive on the first day you move in.
Do I have to commit to a lengthy agreement?
No. We understand that small businesses require flexibility and therefore offer terms to suit you and your business — 1, 3, 6 or 12–months.
Are there easily accessible parking facilities for my visitors and myself?
As a client you have the option to lease a car park, located conveniently across the road from OnePlusOne. There is also a large car park with ample space located at the rear of the building for only a small fee per day. Free short-term parking facilities are also located close by.
How can I be sure I’m being billed correctly?
An itemised list of costs will be supplied to you with your monthly invoice or on request.
Does the OnePlusOne building have wheelchair access?
Yes. There is lift on the ground floor, which services all levels. A Disabled toilet is located on Level 2.
